At BetaPlus, we combine fertility clinics and IVF with a surrogacy agency, to give our clients more flexibility and choice.

Our process is designed to be simple, right from the start. From the moment you reach out to us, you’ll have a single point of contact who will remain constant throughout your journey. Behind the scenes, our dedicated team will take care of all medical, donor, surrogate, and logistical needs. But right from the start, you’ll have one team lead, your Guidance Manager, who you can trust to answer all your questions, and keep you up to date.
Making Parenthood Affordable
We aim to offer clients an affordable approach to IVF and surrogacy:
- On average, our prices are 66% less than you'll find in the United States today.
- European Doctors are some of the best in the world. They're not required to pay exorbitant insurance fees, therefore, our costs are lower.
- Since medication costs are based on population and income, our costs, are on average, one-third of what they are in the US.
- Since we are one entity overseeing all functions, costs are consolidated, so there are no extra agency fees.
- All our donors and surrogates are pre-qualified, meaning there is no additional genetic testing necessary
- The cost of living is much lower in Georgia and Ukraine. Therefore, the cost of surrogacy is lower too.
- We meet, and in many cases exceed, all medical and care standards set by the FDA.
Meet Ira
Ira Nissel is the Director of BetaPlus Fertility USA. Born in Miami, FL, he is a third-generation American who was adopted before birth by a loving family and raised in Long Island, NY. Since 2011, Ira has been working in Eastern Europe, helping hopefully women of every nationality realize their dreams of having a child. In the last four years alone, he has been instrumental in helping 906 women conceive, which he considers the highest honor he could ever achieve.
Ira has also experienced IVF first-hand. After an ectopic pregnancy, Ira’s wife’s fallopian tubes were damaged beyond repair. She endured three IVF cycles before conceiving their twins, a boy and a girl. As a product of the adoption and surrogate system, and someone with in-depth knowledge of the IVF process, Ira has an intrinsic understanding of the emotions women face when confronted with the idea that they need a donor or a surrogate to conceive.
